Key Responsibilities

Business Process Knowledge:

  • Understand key business processes and related areas.
  • Document and design business processes.

Requirements Gathering:

  • Conduct system development requirement gathering using standard tools.
  • Collect and document system enhancement requirements.
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements.

System Configuration:

  • Understand SAP system phases and cross-module interaction.
  • Configure SAP systems, including cross-module integration.
  • Use data migration tools (e.g., LSMW).

System Customization:

  • Develop specifications for customizing and integrating SAP systems.
  • Use tools like user-exit, BADI enhancements, and ABAP programming.
  • Formulate SQL queries and understand data storage structures.

User Training:

  • Develop user documentation and conduct training sessions.

Incident/Problem Management:

  • Identify the root cause of issues and maintain a knowledge base.
  • Follow IT support processes to resolve support tickets.
