Functie
The Senior Sales Coach reports directly to the Sales Director and works closely with peers such as Sales Manager Large Client, Sales Manager SME, Client for Life Manager.
Coaching & Training
Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.
Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of employees after sessions.
Structures training plans to increase the productivity of the salesforce
Support the onboarding of new sales employees.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
Key Account Management
Drives business by identifying and selling maintaining relationships with top (x) customers
Maintains relationships with clients and secure the retention by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities (up-sell and cross-sell); and recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and other content, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional and industry organizations.
