Location: Brabant Wallon

As Onsite Support Engineer you offer second line IT support to end users to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT problems.

Analyze and find solutions to solve user problems with his IT infrastructure (Win 10, Win 7, IP phone, MS Office, access, etc...).
Test solution link with a new integration of application in a new OS, or new version of Office.
Create new Queue for existing printers or new model of printer (with installation of new drivers on the server).
Configuration of new videophone or new IP phone.
Central point of contact to solve customer’s issues.
Find the team/peson who can solve the issue and/or coordinate between various teams if needed.
Work closely with IT Server Operations team to solve profile/file/drivers problems on IT servers.

Profile

  • You have experience in 2nd line user support
  • You have a broad general IT knowledge:
Windows Operating Systems
Office 365
SCCM knowledge
Basic server management (Windows 2003/2008/2012, AD and Exchange)
...

  • You can express yourself fluently in French and English
  • Dutch is a plus
  • You are in possession of a driving license
  • You have communication skills and you are customer oriented
  • You are open to work in shifts
