Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Business Controller for a permanent position based in Zaventem.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the manufacturing sector.

As Business Controller you will be responsible for:

• Looking with an analytical, critical eye at Business Performance and prepare in-depth analysis for senior management;

• P&L, B/S, CF analysis;

• Assist in Monthly Management reporting to the BoD;

• Understand the underlying key earnings drivers and proactively support profitable growth;

• Supervise and control budgeting, reporting, and re-forecasting processes in co-operation with the Group Controller;

• Coordinate with other members of the finance and/or global teams when required to review financial information;

• Support Organization by providing templates for and analysis of new business proposals;

• Supervise the development and deployment of new reporting and analytics solutions;

• Contribute to the improvement of current operational procedures and processes;

• Support key projects in further development of our product and service offering;

• Super User for the ERP/Business Intelligence reporting tool (JEDOX);

• Work in Private Equity context.

The required profile for the Business Controller position:

• Master’s degree in economics, Finance or equivalent by experience;

• 5-7 years of experience in auditing, controlling, accounting;

• Manufacturing/plant exposure is a plus;

• Analytical and critical mindset with high sense for accurate reporting and respecting corporate deadlines;

• Ability to work in fast paced environment; needs to be able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities;

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. English is a must have;

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work in a global team environment with a lot of cultural and international diversity;

• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications;

• Experience working with ERP’s/Power BI experience is a plus;

• Proficient in MS office tools.
