Senior Compliance Officer (Insurance)

Your responsibilities - Senior Compliance Officer:

• Support the development, delivery and implementation of the firm’s strategy for the management and mitigation of compliance risk.
• Take ownership as required in the development of policies to address applicable regulatory requirements.
• Act as a centre of expertise in sharing knowledge of requirements and compliance risk and delivering appropriate training to management and staff.
• Monitor the company’s adherence to policies to ensure that the company is compliant with various regulations (BE & international level).
• Conduct compliance reviews, monitoring and testing to assess whether company policies have been appropriately implemented and compliance risk managed to an effective level.
• Identify, monitor, assess and manage compliance risks.
• Handle day-to-day compliance queries relating to NBB and FSMA conduct of business rules, money laundering, sanctions, complaints and traning and competence.

Your profile - Senior Compliance Officer:

• Proven experience in the BE financial sector in the compliance field (an experience in insurance is mandatory).
• Knowledge of Solvency II, GDPR requirements (alongside other fields; AML, etc. ).
• Hands-on mentality & integrity.
