Your journey with us

Within our Governance, Risk and Regulation department in Zaventem, we are currently looking for a Consultant with Regulatory, Compliance / Integrity and Ethics expertise.


Who You’ll be Working With

  • You will be part of a larger team of legal and regulatory experts serving the entire Financial Service Industry (banking, asset management, insurance, payments etc.)

  • You will work alongside top experts on all domains of the FSI value chain (actuaries, risk management and valuation experts, strategy consulting, finance transformation, etc.) on the most interesting, innovative and challenging projects in the world

  • You will be coaching and guiding more junior team members

What Work You’ll Be Doing

  • Advise our financial sector clients on strategic matters linked to new and existing regulation and assist with the implementation of new regulation and related risks in the domains of regulatory, compliance, conduct and integrity & ethics (e.g. financial crime, MiFID, governance etc.);

  • Assist our financial sector clients with developing adequate governance structures and control frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance;

  • Identify our client’s challenges and develop practical and effective solutions on how to implement new regulation or how to optimize existing compliance, conduct and integrity & ethics frameworks within an existing client environment

  • Support the team in the follow up of regulatory developments and supervisory expectations

  • Contribute to business and solutions development in this domain, both nationally and internationally

Let’s talk about you

  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience within the domain of Regulatory Compliance / Integrity & ethics such as financial crime, MiFID, governance and conduct etc.

  • You have deep knowledge of compliance regulation (national and international)

  • You are an enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and a drive and desire to deliver top quality service to financial sector clients;

  • You are able to work independently

  • You have good writing skills

  • Willingness to travel and work on international projects

  • You are Dutch and/or French speaking and can express yourself fluently in English both orally and in writing
