(Senior) Consultant Financial Projects

ADM Financial Casting is a Belgian company with offices in Brussels, Antwerp, Leuven & Ghent. We are specialised in delivering financial specialists for projects within the office of the CFO.

In order to support our growing demand, we are looking for a (Senior) Consultant Financial Projects.

Function :

  • You participate actively in our business development through active prospecting and networking
  • You strengthen existing and develop long-term and trusted professional relationships with clients through direct contact with their senior management and an in-depth knowledge of the organization
  • You identify, screen, evaluate and follow up with financial project managers in their career evolution
  • You offer project opportunities to our financial project managers
  • You are responsible for the selection procedure: from assignment intake, and profile presentation to the closing.
  • You follow up on ongoing missions by guiding and supporting both our project managers and clients
  • You update and manage our database

Profile :

  • University degree
  • You have just graduated or have a couple of years of relevant experience
  • You are trilingual in Dutch/English/French
  • You are an excellent communicator with a good sense of judgment in combination with strong commercial and service-oriented skills
  • You are able to network and negotiate effectively at management level
