A Senior Embedded Software Engineer is sought by this expanding Audio/Video Innovator to be based at their R+D Centre just south of Brussels in the Wavre region.
The Senior Embedded Software Engineer will be responsible for developing embedded Linux software for next generation development of their leading-edge Audio and Video networking technology. The Senior Embedded Software Engineer will be involved in developing Linux internals and Linux tools including networking applications. The Senior Embedded Software Engineer will also have the opportunity to explore Android’s audio architecture.
Having completed your technical education, you will have gained experience developing embedded Linux, Linux internals and tools using C and C++. Your skills and background will ideally also include some knowledge of networking software stack development and any audio / or video exposure would be a bonus. Interest or exposure to Android’s audio architecture: HAL, AudioFlinger, AOSP etc, would also be beneficial.

Candidates need to be either based in Belgium and happy to relocate to the Brussels area or happy to relocate to the Brussels area from other areas of the EU. Candidates need to be EU citizens or fully authorised to work in Belgium.
