Description
To effectively achieve set goals, the Project Manager is tasked with overseeing change management, conversion, transition, and integration, ensuring continuity and stability in the existing system. They will monitor various topics related to the overall project roadmap or specific technical initiatives, assisting in the enhancement of governance for IT infrastructure services, such as demand management and CMDB.
Role and Responsibilities
- Project management involves monitoring framing aspects like planning, scope, quality, risks, and resources, including generating management reports.
- Coordination and facilitation between internal and external teams.
- Development and management of project phases in collaboration with business teams, IT, and external service providers.
- Management of technical-operational impacts, considering systems in the value chain at functional and technical levels.
- Communication and consultation with all involved parties to obtain an overview of current and future processes.
- Participation in various meetings scheduled in the project governance.
- Define (analyze impacts), execute, monitor, and supervise changes related to migration/transformation.
- Ensure that solutions meet functional and technical needs while ensuring performance and availability.
- Ensure the implementation of a comprehensive operational model.
- Oversee the implementation or adaptation of processes.
- Production and evaluation of management summaries.
Context
To enable the realization and monitoring of its ambitious roadmap, the organization wishes to engage an expert to manage various ongoing or upcoming projects. This individual will lead the analysis, implementation, change management, transition, and integration, ensuring continuity and stability in the existing system.
Your profile
- You have 5 years proven experience as a project manager on ICT infrastructure projects
- Desirable: Project management certification (Waterfall)
- Experience in the utilities sector
- You are comfortable speaking English: B1 level (CEFR)
- You are fluent in French C2
- You must have at least 3 years proven knowledge of physical and virtual networks (Firewall, NAT, Filtering, VPN, Switching, associated protocols)
- You must have at least 3 years proven knowledge of virtualization technologies (preferably VMWare)
- Proven knowledge of cloud environment management
- Experience in project management for public procurement
- Experience in implementing IP telephony system projects
- Proven experience in implementing cloud-based telephony solutions
