• Think through all aspects of the required operating model, conceptually as well as how it will work in practice, making it concrete and tangible for our clients and their people
• Take ownership and lead projects, teams and stakeholders from beginning to the end
• Develop and bring to execution the plans to grow our business in this area including the continuous innovation of our offerings and capabilities as well as the talent in the team
• Build strong internal and external networks to accelerate the growth of our business
• Be an inspirational leader for our people and become a recognized eminence leader in the market

• + 8 years relevant professional experience
• You have a proven track record in all phases of Finance Target Operating Model and GBS projects that have delivered tangible value
• You are passionate about innovations in Finance and global operating models that create real competitive advantage
• You are a natural leader for people and you can build a strong team around you that recognizes you as their leader
• You build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients
• You have strong communication and presentation skills
