Senior Marketing Communications Specialist – Western Europe+ UK

  • Deliver and localize global Marketing campaign materials in the region in coordination with the Regional Marketing Manager to customizing touchpoint mix and messaging.
  • Creating and delivering the promotional tools and materials for regional and local customer & branding initiatives in coordination with Regional Marketing Manager and MU leaders.
  • Responsible for maintenance and updates and release of marketing material files in the company databases and other digital platforms ensuring approved promotional materials availability across the region
  • Act as event manager, organizing and coordinating events, tradeshows, and seminars in the assigned area, delivering the required materials.
  • Ad hoc project communications support for marketing and sales teams on specific projects (presentations, short video testimonials, case studies)
  • Acts as brand ambassador and guardian for the assigned geographical area ensuring the brand implementation connecting with the brand book guidelines.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proficiency verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and creative mindset
  • Hands on and Problem solving attitude.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office Suite or related software user.
  • Able to work with graphics programs is a nice to have.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Five to Eight years of related experience including writing and editing projects
  • Available portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.
