We are looking for people who share our corporate values among our local and international networks and promote close relationships with our customers and internal teams. Taleo’s success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager – Asset Management to join us for:

  • Structuration, preparation and organization of assigned projects
  • Communication and monitoring of project progress
  • Measurement, reporting and follow up
  • Ensuring achievement of project goals and accompanying the change throughout the process
  • Active participation in the target model definition
  • Identification of prerequisites and constraints with all involved teams and stakeholders
  • Preparation and smooth roll out of changes (Front to Middle to Back: NAV, Reporting, etc.)
  • Final handover to BAU and project closing

Required profile.

  • Strong experience in project management, ideally in financial services or asset management
  • Proven ability to structure and drive projects end-to-end
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Analytical mindset with rigor and organizational strength
  • Capacity to accompany change management in complex environments
