Passionate about project development and interacting with European stakeholders? VO Event is looking for a Senior Project Manager for their European Event department!

  • You have a passion for event conception, innovation & creativity
  • You have experience in digital solutions
  • You have interests in European projects and European politics
  • Customer interaction is really your thing
  • You have a CSR mindset
  • You are daring and results-driven
  • You are a true team player with a positive attitude
  • You adapt easily in a dynamic environment and like to learn
  • You have minimum of 8-year experience in project development
  • Your English is at a C2 level and any other European language is an asset
  • Experience or a developed understanding of European challenges
  • You have strong communication skills and a strong customer service orientation
  • You’re proactive, flexible and very client oriented

Your responsibilities

Project proposals

  • Analysis of strategic briefings
  • Attribution to the concerned teams
  • Brainstorming & development of the narrative offers
  • Elaborating and follow-up of elaborated recommendations

Project Management

- Client follow up during production

- Leading production team

- Presence during strategic meetings

- Budget management

- Analyse events success and prepare final report

- Guarantee sustainable approach during production
