Job Description
In the role of Senior Project Manager,you will be Accountable for all Incidents effective resolution & SLA compliance, Accountable for entire delivery under Application management services scope of work which includes application enhancement and also Co-ordinate with Application development leads, client and third-party stake holders for effective service integration. You will be Lead contact for Major Incidents and responsible for resolution of Major/Critical incidents by co-ordinating with AMS team. Prepare and present monthly / quarterly service performance reports to Service Management stakeholders. You will act as a mentor and support the production support team in developing optimized high-quality deliverables, improve productivity and build automation. Required

• Extensive IT experience working across multiple projects
• Experience in SAP Application support, maintenance, and development projects
• Experience in leading at least 3 engagements of SAP Application support and maintenance and/or Application development engagements
• Fluent in English language

Preferred

• Experience in insurance industry
• Working knowledge in Dutch Language
