Are you a Software Engineer looking for the next step in your career? Then this may be the opportunity for you! We are seeking someone with a desire to broaden their experience into a Solutions Architect role with great communications skills and ability to lead.

What Will Your Tasks Consist Of?

  • Understand clients’ needs and issues at a strategic level, gathering functional and non-functional requirements through interviews and workshops with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed solution designs that are continuously modelled and modified as new insights and requirements emerge. Define necessary fitness functions to ensure design compliance.
  • Draft and defend project proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Test new technology designs and ideas, providing feedback on results and impact on the team, company, and projects.
  • Coach other developers and architects. Through pair programming and challenging your colleagues, you will help other team members improve their skills and develop new solutions.

What Qualities Do You Have?

  • Proficiency in Angular, Java, Node.JS, React, and/or Flutter, and familiarity with architecture styles such as event-driven, Hexagonal, Microkernels, and microservices.
  • A natural problem solver who can effectively communicate views to stakeholders.
  • Good experience Software Engineer role, with strong technical, coaching, pre-sales, business analysis, and project management skills.
  • A master’s degree in computer science or another relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strong technical background with experience designing and implementing complex, evolutionary software solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
