We operate a portfolio of niche-specific branded media properties & media portfolios. Our specialty is incubating content brand concepts from scratch and growing them to significance!

We leverage organic search discovery platforms such as Google, Pinterest, Quora, and Facebook to drive traffic to our sites and monetize via programmatic advertising, direct ad placements, performance marketing (affiliate), and lead generation activities.

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to help identify SEO opportunities and manage our on-page SEO processes.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for page ranking, traffic generation, conversion, etc.
  • Oversee content development, ensuring that SEO best practices are followed.
  • Develop content strategies and define content needs for the best organic performance.
  • Improving site link hierarchy and navigation for optimal SEO.
  • Conducts portfolio-wide SEO opportunity assessments.
  • Conduct site-specific SEO audits using tools like Sitebulb.
  • Develop best practices for internal link management and link equity
  • Setting organic search goals, tracking, and reporting performance.
  • Drive substantial gains in conversion rates, customer engagement, and ROI by delivering sharp insights and recommendations.

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Organic Search.
  • Experience in affiliate, partner marketing, or influencer marketing is a HUGE plus.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to be hands-on and can analyze, interpret and derive insights into business reports, analytic models, and data sources.
  • A growth mindset and a strong bias to action.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and/or other CMS systems.
  • Experience working with online creators is a major plus.
