THE COMPANY

Our client’s team now has 21 people. They provide all IT services to small and medium-sized enterprises / organizations, from sales to remote or on-site support, from simple to complex technologies. They are operating in Brussels and Wavre. The workplace for this job is located in Wavre.

YOUR MISSION

· Their Service Desk manages the incidents that have been detected by their Remote Monitoring & Management tools as well as the direct requests from their customers either by email or by phone.

· The Service Desk analyzes and ensures a rapid diagnosis in order to solve them as efficiently as possible. When the resolution is too complex or needs too much time, the Service Desk plans an intervention, either on-site or remotely.

· The Service Desk ensures the quality of the monitoring, whatever it is, until it is completely resolved.

· Like other services, the Service Desk constantly strives to improve the quality of its own services, as well as the data and the technologies used to ensure them.

· The mission is carried out at their headquarters in Wavre. It does not require to travel and can therefore be suitable for a person with reduced mobility.

YOUR PROFILE

· Computing is your passion for a long time

· You are persistent, rigorous, autonomous and methodical

· You appreciate human contacts and teamworking

· You express yourself correctly in French as well as in English (oral and written).

· You have an excellent knowledge of Windows (macOS is a nice asset).

· You are familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

· You master the network technologies: TCP-IP, wifi, firewall, VPN, ...

· Knowledge of support tools is an asset.

· Minimum 2-year experience as IT support for companies is required.

· Besides French, a minimum B1 level - preferably B2 - in English is strictly necessary.
