Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager
Type: Contract
Duration:9 months (extension possible)
Location:Belgium (hybrid)

Project Description:
A well known IT Services company are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to take control of on or several projects. This company has several projects running, and your task will be to manage the delivery of those assigned to you. Experience in ITSM and ITAM will be necessary for this role.

Requirements:

  • Preparing projects with respect to timelines, cost needs, managing the scope, planning alongside the end-user, necessary documentation, complying with legal requirements
  • Project organization with respect to managing the team, stakeholder management, client collaboration, delegation of IT and business roles, project monitoring, conducting quality controls and quality of deliverables, communication, hand-over and training for client
Qualifications:
  • Strong experience as a Project/Program Manager, ideally 5+ years, with PM Methodologies
  • SAFe (Essentials) and Agile knowledge
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow and IT Infrastructure and lifecycle management
  • Key skills include ServiceNow modules: ITSM, SAM, ITAM
