작업 내용
We are hiring a communicative and strong personality, who can drive change and meet our goals, to join our fantastic team at Avery Dennison Performance Tapes.
- Coordinate daily shipping activities including allocation, picking and invoicing of customer orders in order to meet the customers requested arrival date
- Coordinate shipping and invoicing administrative processes
- Manage the day to day freight activities being first point of contact for the different freight forwarders
- Follow up closely open orders/shipments and share updates, risks or watch outs will all stakeholders involved ( customer service, planning, Supply Chain, Quality….)
- Follow up incoming flow of imported Raw Materials with high focus on customs requirements and incoming goods clearance
- Manage the material flow to and from external warehouse aiming space optimization and cost reduction
- Maintain and ensure excellent relationships with external warehouse partners , and freight forwarding companies
- Manage the local shipping team & work closely with the 3PL’s team to ensure high standard performance
- Coordinate the cycle count processes both internally and externally
- Bachelor degree or equal by experience
- +3 years experience in shipping and logistics formalities
- Knowledge of trade compliance, customs requirements and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in both Dutch and English
- Demonstrated successful experience in managing individuals and teams.
- Strong and demonstrated ability to adhere to systems and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement
