Who is Boondoggle

A creative agency with an office in Leuven. We develop strategies and make cool campaigns for brands like Payconiq by Bancontact, Beobank, Yuzzu and Defensie. Oh, and the word boondoggleliterally means ‘useless work that looks like it has an incredible value’. As you can see, we take ourselves very seriously.


Who are we looking for?

  • You’re a social media expert who is familiar with all social media platforms but hates the phrase “Shouldn’t we do something on TikTok?”.
  • You know how to improve our clients’ (and our own) online potential. That way, we don’t have to look for our next social colleague offline.
  • You’re agile, hands-on, and fond of snackable content. Just kidding, we don’t even know what that means ourselves.
  • You know how to make awesome content, can contribute ideas and concepts and work on them afterwards.
  • You feel just as much at home on Instagram & Facebook as in your favourite pub on a Friday night.
  • You don’t hate people (aka: you’re great at teamwork).


Your tasks

  • Performance
    • You follow up the existing social strategies per client and respond to actuality and trend watching
    • You set up estimates for new campaigns and requests
    • You plan posts, follow up running campaigns daily and optimize them
    • You report completed campaigns and take the learnings with you in next campaigns
  • Content creation
    • You proactively think about topics for our clients (top topicals, trends they shouldn’t miss, …)
    • You participate in content brainstorms (for organic content and campaigns)
    • You’re our partner in crime to check if ideas are feasible thanks to your knowledge of technical possibilities of formats and different platforms
