As a dynamic Junior Software Engineer (m/f) at I.R.I.S. Canon Group, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming and modernizing our Optical Character Recognition (OCR) engine and Natural Language Processing technology. Your mission?

  • Support Technical Leads/Architects in the development of our technologies and products.
  • Develop new features using and improving our Artificial Vision and Machine Learning technologies.
  • Write quality code and ensure the quality of the software solutions meeting our standards for enterprise software applications.

Your qualifications and skills?

  • Bachelor or Master or PhD degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent
  • Good programming skills in Java, C++, Python
  • Very good understanding of computer sciences : algorithms, operating systems, software architecture…
  • Creativity, independent working style and curiosity about unknown topics
  • Excellent knowledge of English/ French or German a plus
  • Experience/education in Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligenceis a plus
  • Experience/education in Artificial Vision is a plus
  • Experience/education in Natural Language Processing is a plus
  • Experience/education in mobile development is a plus
