Then you might be glad to know that we are looking for a Solution Analyst to join our IT Department. The teams to reinforce are dealing with the CRM, the Order Management and the Integration Technology. The domain covers both Mobile and Fixed communication specificities.

Your mission :

As IT Solution Analyst you intervene in different type of projects where you support the business requirements phase, you define the solution, you specify the requirements towards the IT suppliers and you follow the implementation of the solution until the delivery in the hands of business.

Responsibilities:

For your specific technical domain of expertize, you will:

• Support the business during the ideation of the initiatives

• Support the business for the requirements definition

• Interface with the architecture to identify the appropriate IT solution

• Specify or review/validate functional analysis and high level design to fulfill the business needs

• Interface with your IT partner during the delivery phase: support the development, the integration and the testing of the solution

• Support the user acceptance with the business and the E2E testing team

• Verify that the delivery is compliant with the business requirements

• You will work mainly in project mode (Agile or waterfall), you will be in contact with different people and departments (business Marketing, architecture, IT partners, testing, customer service…)

• You will be key in participating in your domain to IT solution analyst activities and will define guidelines and practices in line with Orange Group.

• You will develop a proven experience in implementation allowing practical knowledge of integration challenges (performance, negative flows, error management, …)

• Because you stay on top of things, you will look at technology and market trends that may impact your domain and therefore, you will take a supporting role in identifying opportunities to introduce such technologies in the Orange landscape.

Your profile:

• You have a University degree in civil engineering or Master in computer science, physics or mathematics; and a previous experience/training in IT is an asset.

• You have a good overall IT knowledge and an experience in Telecom domain would be appreciated

• You have previous experience on Project management (WaterFall and/or Agile)

• You are fluent in Dutch or in French as well as in English.

• As you are passionate in IT, this allows you to convince and clearly explain your decisions within teams and with the partners.
