This is a place where you can make a world of difference.Follow Us on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/donaldson/Reporting to the Senior Manager Operations, you will join the OPS Excellence team, part of the Manufacturing Excellence Dpt in the Vertical Enterprise Operations and Supply Chain.Located in Europe (in one of our manufacturing locations), as a Lean Coordinator, you will support our OPS Excellence team located in the different regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM & AMER) :
  • Responsible to administrate the SharePoint;
  • Responsible for the technical support in the creation of our lean academy (training, tools);
  • Provide to our Lean master and/or Lean specialist the adequate support;
  • Benchmark existing tools to improve our Donaldson system/academy;
  • Participate in the data collection and/or analysis for some specific projects.
Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (or equivalent)
Relevant Experience:
  • Minimum of 3+ to 5 years
Others (% of travel, language, etc.):
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel with your region
  • English fluent (both written and spoken), other regional languages is a plus.
