As (Senior) Global Mobility Consultant you are the expert in international mobility. You are responsible for a proactive, practical and correct advice and guidance of (complex) relocation processes. Developments in the field of policy and how to apply this in practice you take this into account as a matter of course.

In this position you manage a number of different and sometimes complex processes simultaneously. Your advisory and organizational talents blossom as soon as one of our clients contacts you to assist one of their valued employees with a permanent or temporary assignment abroad. Based on your knowledge and expertise, you apply the corresponding policies and conditions. Where necessary, you advise the client on how to give this further shape and take the necessary actions with colleagues and partner offices for practical support. This includes the work permit, relocation, finding a suitable home and school for the children, as well as insurance, payroll, tax returns, etc. As ’case manager’ you keep the overall picture, monitor and follow up on budgets and deadlines.

You are also familiar with drafting and explaining expat contracts, expat salary calculations (balance sheets) and cost estimates of assignments Your knowledge of data providers and the possibilities of applying the various expat allowances make you an indispensable link in the client’s global mobility policy.

You work closely with colleagues from the Tax and Immigration departments to ensure all processes are aligned. You keep everyone informed of progress and ensure that your clients and expats are completely unburdened. You not only deliver practical solutions, but also ensure that everything complies with legal regulations and Boxx standards.

If you recognize yourself in the above profile, chances are good. Experience as a consultant in the field of Global Mobility is a prerequisite. For example, you have gained relevant HR experience in an international environment and/or worked within a Global Mobility department. You have in-depth knowledge of international mobility, including basic knowledge of international immigration and tax legislation. You are proactive and solution-oriented. - Have you completed a relevant education at Bachelor or Master level in the past;

- Do you speak and drive English fluently, have a good command of the Dutch language and preferably another language;

- Are you good at anticipating your client’s needs;

- Are you naturally flexible (also in connection with working with different time zones);

- Can you work well independently and enjoy taking responsibility for your own work;

- Are you available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
