Job Description:

• Guides a multidisciplinary, globally distributed team through the product development lifecycle of DTX Studio software suite, from concept through full commercial launch.
• Delivers all committed project goals, including quality, schedule, cost and performance.
• Drives continuous improvement of execution through the team’s use of Envista Business System (EBS) culture and tools, particularly Visual Project Management and Problem Solving.
• Leads Daily Management and other cross-functional project team activities, workshops and kaizen events as required.
• Identifies and tracks project issues and risks. Proactively leads Problem Solving root cause / countermeasure exercises and drives actions to closure in a timely manner.
• Uses RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consult, Inform) to distribute ownership and execution of activities and deliverables to the appropriate team members and functional leaders.
• Provides process guidance to the project team. Identifies and implements targeted improvements to work instructions and forms.
• Partners with Software development team and commercial teams to ensure successful Design Transfer and transition to full release.
• Partners with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Service and Training to prepare for and execute commercial launch using the EBS Launch Excellence process.
• Represents project activities during audits, both internal and external (FDA, ISO, etc.) and during weekly and monthly stakeholder report out events.
• Leads execution of change orders related to the project.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, science, or other technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management of cross-functional product development teams.
• Previous experience with software development in Medical Device area
• Strong ability to communicate (English) and influence effectively.
• The ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects / priorities.
• Experience with Envista Business System or Danaher Business System is considered a benefit.
