Job description

ZADIG & VOLTAIRE is looking for a Store Manager to join our team inMaasmechelen.

The Store Manager is expected to:

  • Meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance
  • Sales analysis
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Ensuring administrative work (planning, shifts, focus…)
  • Running the store
  • Managing the effective team
  • Evaluate the training needs of store employees
  • Follow all Loss Prevention practices and protect company assets
  • Respect and communicate positively about our brand
  • Ensure stock management

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Store Manager
  • Able to achieve great performance
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Flexible with hours and able available to work weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • DUTCH & ENGLISH REQUIRED
