Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a team of ex-top tier strategy consultants, working as a SWAT team for Salesforce EMEA President. This role is an exciting blend of frontline commercial execution and long-term strategic thinking.
Your primary responsibility will be to work with the biggest and most important sales opportunities in Belgium, engaging with C-level customers and providing structure, insight, and leadership to help sales teams drive opportunities over the finish line.
You can be involved throughout or in selected parts of a sales cycle, depending on where you identify the highest value creation potential:
- Defining account-level strategies based on customer pain points, strategic priorities and Salesforce value creation potential
- Articulating how Salesforce technology can help digitally transform customer experiences and thus also our customers’ businesses
- Building and delivering compelling investment justifications to secure funding for Salesforce solutions
- Creating attractive commercial structures and negotiation strategies, and driving negotiations alongside sales teams to a successful close
Secondly, in your capacity as an ex-management consultant, you will gain the trust of your local country and regional management and advise them in strategic direction and topics critical to your location. This can include e.g. (but not limited to) working on country strategy, prioritization of accounts and opportunities, further development of sales processes in country and talent development.
What we are looking for

You are a good fit in this role, if you have
- Master’s degree or MBA
- 3-7 years’ of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (ultimate seniority of this role will be determined by your experience level)
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Ability to generate and quantify insights on complex businesses, and shape your customers’ change agenda
- Ability to e ngage with, communicate recommendations to, and influence thinking of C-level clients
- High energy
- Appetite to work in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Ability to manage sales teams, start and drive complex projects independently
- Keen interest towards new technology
