Job Description

  • You advise customers on Human Capital related topics such as Strategic Worforce Planning, Competency Management, Talent Management...
  • You coach and guide a team of 2 consultants
  • You provide strategic and operational insights to clients in various industries in order to help them shaping the future of their workforce
  • You align HR stakeholders and business leaders on the evolving nature of work and its impact of the workforce
  • You work with project teams on the definition of a future vision of key assets that are needed in the workforce to support a sustainable growth
  • You develop constructive relationships with business stakeholders in order to develop a talent roadmap allowing them to fill identified gaps
  • You assess customers’ environment, tools, HR & Information systems and make appropriate recommendations

The Successful Applicant

  • You have a Master’s Degree in a relevant field (HR, Economics...)
  • You have more than 7 years of experience in consulting or strategic HR projects management involving Talent Management, Strategic Workforce planning...
  • You are used to work for different industries in different sectors of activity and can easily dive into complex areas
  • You are a people manager who can easily understand and clarify business needs and translate them into concrete actions
  • You have a real can do attitude, always willing to learn new things combined to a strong team spirit
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills allowing to easily build constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You have strong organizational skills and can autonomously manage the redaction of bid/proposals to customers
  • You enjoy thinking out of the box and delivering creative solutions to specific problematics
  • You are fluent in English, any other language is an asset
