Job Purpose and Impact

As a Supply Chain Digitization and Analytics Designer, you will focus on business projects to support long term supply chain strategies and business goals.

In this role, you will develop key digital capabilities within our European supply chain organization. You will design, pilot and integrate analytics & reporting requirements into our organization and establish technical frameworks for monitoring key integrated business planning performance indicators. You will support cross functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives and collaborate with Strategic teams to define and align future capabilities & development of the global road map.

Key Accountabilities
  • Use substantial knowledge of supply chain practices and procedures to navigate through data and technology challenges, upgrades and changes.
  • Execute and implement complex projects and process improvements to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Participate and where appropriate lead the development of future digitalization roadmaps and long-term strategy for the European supply chain.
  • Apply best practices and standardize across locations where appropriate.
  • Operate as the key contact point to source data and enable efficient data analytics needs.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Ad-Hoc Data requests for senior management teams
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Demonstrated comprehension of basic supply chain processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Six years of related experience with good comprehension of supply chain processes
  • Highly desired: Proven knowledge in and application of Business Intelligence solutions & reporting aids, SQL, Cloud based data analytics (Amazon or other)
