If you are prepared to push boundaries, drive change and collaborate with the world’s brightest minds, apply today and join us on our mission to enable healthier lives everywhere every day.As Supply Chain Lead within Hologic International Operations, you will manage and deliver best in class Supply Chain solutions and end to end Supply Chain for indirect markets in Middle East, Africa, and other geographies.In this role you will work across the supply chain to establish, measure and improve processes to provide service excellence for customers in these growth regions and ensure that all customer requirements can be fully delivered at optimal cost by providing a high level of communication across internal and external teams.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and establish best in class End-to-End Supply Chain for indirect markets
  • Lead roll out of our new warehouse in Africa (interface between Oracle and WMS, validations, supplier qualification, etc)
  • Responsible for Supply and Demand planning for indirect markets with support from EMEA Planning Head
  • Optimize supply chain services and costs including internal / External SLAs where applicable, and external 3PL and distributor agreements
  • Collaborate cross functionally within region and globally, to resolve operational challenges and develop process improvements
  • Ensure adherence to all supply chain policies, procedures, and activities to maximise the efficiency, effectiveness, resilience, and cost effectiveness of the organisation’s Supply Chain, including materials planning and control, inventory management, storage, warehousing, logistics, transport and distribution within the Middle East and Africa
  • Create, manage and support New Product Introduction and New Product Development
  • Partner with the commercial teams to drive growth and growth profitability
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with respective stakeholders within EMEA and International Supply Chain, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory and other key functions
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Solid experience in end to end supply chain design and management
  • Educational background in Supply Chain, Logistics or planning preferred
  • Experience in Cold Chain and management of Supply Chain of highly regulated products
  • Proficient in Excel, experience using BI tools e.g. QlikView
  • Conversant with ERP systems like Oracle / SAP and Planning forecasting software
  • Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills
  • A desire to motivate and drive change within the organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate quickly and take initiative in a fast-paced working environment
  • Experience with emerging markets and Africa highly desirable
