As Supply Planner, you will be reporting directly into the Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for maintaining product masterdata (in market data, logistical data, waste database, ) setup for the local market and ensure an efficient material creation process.

You will also support

• The commercial business and provide an overview on supply situation and availability of finished products
• The local IBP or CCC Process, in particular coordinating the current IBP Supply step and IBP KPIs scorecard, close collaboration with BPA for the aspects of the supply chain with financial impact
  

Your Responsibilities

The Supply planner is responsible for:

• the inventory management and optimization TBC, stock/levels, safety stock review, inventory projections, slow/no movers
• Maintaining high quality relationships with Supply Hub and Customer service to fully understand the whole supply chain allowing a optimized information and transparent customer service
• Liasing with Artworks Coordinator to ensure all requirements are co/ordinate for pack introductions and changes
• Providing the necessary support and adherence around all Quality driven activities
• Producing internal KPI measurements to monitor performance and recommended actions to improve
• Support to Coordination of inbound delivery issues&solutions (e.g. missing COA, Inbound deliveries,)

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business administration or equivalent qualification (industrial business management assistant equivalent 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain and supply planning preferably in FMCG or Healthcare industries.
• Precise, profound, high level working standard
• Solid computer skills, excellent with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• You are fluent in French, Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• The rapidly changing nature of the business and the dynamic market conditions will require a high degree of flexibility and adaptability and the ability to work calmly under pressure
• Deep SAP/CERPs knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively
