A little bit about Edgard & Cooper:

Once upon a time, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - Edgard and Cooper – pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But they couldn’t find anything that was quite right. So….to cut a long story short, they decided to make their own!

Today, 5 years later, Edgard & Cooper has sold over 5 million bags of food, hired over 100 people across Europe and made lots and lots of dogs & cats (and their owners) feel good!

What type of breed are we looking for?

Are you the person that is willing to help build the most effective and efficient ‘chain’ of goods from the supplier to the customer? You love to organise, coordinate and adjust the operational planning? You get energy from making sure the right goods are present at the right location at the right time? Then you might be the Supply Planner we’re looking for.

What will be in your bowl?

• Manage and coordinate production and delivery of our raw materials & finished goods with our various suppliers
• Manage inventory levels in our warehouses across Europe
• Analyse possible risks in supply & inventory on a short- mid- and long-term horizon and pro-actively act upon these challenges.
• Defining a strategic action plan for Supply & inventory risks and -challenges, together with demand, operations, sales, marketing is a key factor in your involvement in the S&OP process
• Identify possibilities to improve the current processes/chains, planning methods, procedures and systems and are involved in these improvement projects

What skills & tricks should you bring?

• You have a master degree with a first experience in a supply chain role
• You have a good knowledge of supply chain process
• You are assertive and a strong communicator
• You have an analytical mindset
• You know your way in Excel and SAP
• You are fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus)
