Who are we?

What will the role involve?

We are currently looking for a strategic international talent acquisition partner. You will be in the lead of the recruitment process for all 7 countries(Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain and Italy)This role is a mix between the daily operational recruitment tasks and defining the recruitment strategy for continental Europe.

Your Day To Day Role Will Include
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle for all different European countries
  • Advising the hiring leads throughout the full recruitment process
  • Sourcing and identifying potential candidates via different channels (LinkedIn recruiter, recruitment agencies, fairs,...)
  • Working closely together with our campus ambassadors to attract graduates( Fairs, presentations, inhouse events,...)
  • Managing our ATS (Greenhouse) and producing recruitment metrics
  • Steering actively on our employer branding strategy(own your space)
  • Launching different recruitment initiatives ( referral campaign, recruitment training, inhouse recruitment events,..)
On a strategic level you define the CE recruitment strategy to identify and attract talents in the market. You customize the CE strategy to the specific countries and markets. You decide on the allocation of the recruitment budget. You think outside the box to be more visible in a candidate driven market.

Who are we looking for?

You have a strong experience in recruiting white collar positions, preferably as an inhouse recruiter. Most important for us; the eagerness to learn and to find solutions, the right level of maturity to challenge the business and the motivation to go the extra mile. And of course; working in an international environment also requires you to speak and write English fluently. Good knowledge of Dutch and French is required.
