We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, ready to play a crucial role in our rapid growth.

Your Missions:
- Participate in the definition of the best recruiting strategy on the basis of the position’s requirements
- Identify and attract talents using different sourcing techniques: social media, professional sites, resume database, referrals, networking, job fairs,….and all others creative channels you will suggest
- In the medium to long term, build a strong candidate network
- Prescreen and select the best candidates for open roles, while nurturing relationships with potential candidates for possible future openings
- Be the sparring partner of your candidates throughout their entire journey, from first contact to onboarding, and define the best onboarding track for each new hire
- Act as our brand ambassador at events (job fairs, conferences,…)
- Collaborate with your other colleagues in the HR Team on ad-hoc projects regarding employer branding, sourcing optimization, onboarding, etc.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (field is not important, as long as you have the right mindset for the role)
- 2-3 years’ previous experience in recruitment
- A natural communicator with a positive & proactive attitude
- Fluent in French and English, any other language is a plus
- High level of ownership, drive and initiative
- Not afraid of cold emailing or calling prospective candidates
- Able to build strong, trust-based relationships with different stakeholders
- Able to build a solid candidate network through different media
