Context:

As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to join us from September to February (a total of 6 months). You’ll play a vital role in coordinating campus recruitment events, planning, and actively participating in the recruitment process for our Young Talent Program.

Your job will involve:

1. Campus Recruitment

• Support our Campus Recruitment activities
• Analyze the existing trends
• Develop tooling and reporting to follow-up on these events
• Prepare content for presentations and events
• Take part in these recruitment activities (virtual careers fairs, presentations, etc.)
• Posting of all our internship opportunities and follow-up with Hiring Managers

2. Young Talent Program

• You will actively help for the launch of our Young Talent Program and the selection of our future Young Talents.
• Change and adapt content (for example website, job description, etc.)
• Responsible for the selection process: Screening – Interviewing - Assessment of candidates
• Prepare the onboarding days for new trainees
• Coordinate and animate the onboarding
