From the food you eat, to the water you drink, to the medicines you rely on, Eurofins laboratories work with the biggest companies in the world to ensure the products they supply are safe, their ingredients are authentic and labelling is accurate.Job DescriptionThe Talent Management Intern will be part of Eurofins’ Talent Development & Succession Planning team and supporting the HR business analysts team and will be responsible for:
  • Extracting data from our tools and preparing customized aggregations and analysis for Senior Leaders;
  • Supporting Talent Review Discussions: preparing meetings with Business Lines and Functional Leaders aimed at validating assessment of employees and at discussing development needs and plans;
  • Maintaining documentation, data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal assessment database with regular updates;
  • Meeting the deadlines of multiple Talent Review discussions happening in the same timeframe;
  • Supporting the implementation of a Group Reporting tool for non-financial (HR) KPIs;
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Engineering or any other related fields
  • Passionate about Talent Development
  • Accurate, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Excel savvy
