Team Leader Data Operations and Quality

We are looking for a passionate and committed Team Leader to secure our data operations and data quality. Your primary responsibilities include:

• 
  Secure day to day operations of all data domain services and products through monitoring and support operations
• Quality assure transition from end user acceptance to move to production of all data products
• Establish data quality control in alignment with data governance
• Define standards for documentation of both code, version control, change management and end user manuals and increase maturity year on year
• Oversee the documentation and ownership of all data products and services
• Support data literacy to enable end users
• Establish communities focusing on end user self-services and data quality improvement programs
• Together with the Product Owner you refine the backlog for the different agile cycles and prioritize release management
• Participate overseeing the overall backlog for the Data Domain and as such securing a central overview

You will have the opportunity to work with a highly motivated international team in a challenging and very dynamic environment. As such you will be part of our internal project team working in the Data Domain securing data and analytics demands. Occasional travel may be required. You will report to the Competence Center Manager for the Data Domain.

Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have a good blend of business and data technical skills. Specific requirements for this position include:

• You have a university degree in business, engineering, economics, informatics or equal by experience
• You have strong leadership skills next to very strong analytical skills
• You have at least 5 years of experience in project management
• You have at least 3 years of experience in data governance and support
• You have at least 3 years of experience in people management
• Experience in SQL, Databricks, Power BI among other data components in Azure are strong assets
• Experience in business case development is an asset
• You have good negotiation skills
• You have an excellent level of English
• Local language skills are considered as a strong asset
