As Teamlead Sales you will manage a driven team, support customers and help build our growth. You motivate, listen and lead. Ready to make an impact and be the difference? Then we are looking for you!

Key Responsibilities (Non-limiting):

Team Coaching & Guidance

• Managing and coaching a team of 5 sales associates.
• Follow up on individual and team goals.
• Guide employees in their professional growth.
• Organize one-on-one meetings and team meetings.
• Motivate and enthuse the team.
• Function as first point of contact and mentor.

Sales & Customer Management

• Follow up and manage existing customer relationships.
• Close and develop new commercial opportunities.
• Support the team with complex customer inquiries.
  Fullfill a limited portion of account management.

Business Development & Strategy

• Help shape sales strategy.
• Identify and address potential new customers.
• Actively contribute to achieving growth objectives.
• Report on sales results and market developments.

Operational Responsibility

• Monitor and adjust daily sales activities.
• Track sales funnel and individual performance.
• Track targets and KPIs and take action as needed.
• Collaborate efficiently with other internal departments (marketing, operations, etc.).

Qualifications:

Experience & Skills

• Demonstrated experience in managing and coaching a sales team.
• Thorough knowledge of sales processes and customer management.
• Goal-oriented in meeting and exceeding targets.
• Experience identifying and exploiting new business opportunities.

Personal characteristics

• Strong communication skills, with focus on listening, guiding and motivating.
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to enthuse colleagues.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Analytical thinking and a sense of structure and efficiency.

Plus points

• Experience with operational tracking and reporting
• Knowledge of the products/affinity with IT and/or AV is a valuable advantage
• General interest in IT and/or AV is a MUST
• Willingness to quickly become familiar with product offerings
