Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Define & implement procurement strategies for electrification & automation projects
  • Negotiate supplier contracts to secure competitive pricing & reliability
  • Optimize supply chain performance through KPI tracking & reporting
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships for efficiency and sustainability
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry standards
  • Drive digitalisation & innovation in procurement work flows
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, and project management)
The Successful Applicant

Qualities of a Successful Candidate
  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in engineering, procurement, or supply chain
  • Experience: 5+ years in strategic procurement within a technical or industrial sector
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with electrification, automation, or energy infrastructure
  • Strong Negotiation & Analytical Skills to optimize procurement costs
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
  • Tech & Digital Mindset: Passion for supplier innovation & process optimization
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams
