Technical Customer Service Capture Support

• You are responsible for supporting customersthrough understanding of their needs and how to respond to them for pricing and sampling to win business.
• You are responsible forquoting, contracting, basic negotiation, supporting price increase process.
• You will translate customer technical requirementsinto a quote and will visit customers occasionally.
• Youare a strong link between theCustomer sales team in Italy and theTechnical Teamyou will do regular visits to the Italian office
• Youare responsible for failure analysisand elaborate with others testing plans and support their executions.
• You have autonomy and are encouragedto improve existing quoting & sampling work flow/procedures/tools.

• Bacheloror Master inMechanical Engineering with no experience or a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experiencein a technical environment with CAD design expertise.
• Able to listen, work and communicatewith very diverse audience (operation, technical experts, customers, business leaders).
• Creative and collaborative leadership.You bring ideas to the table and your interactions with team members leads to fruitful discussions, allowing you to anticipate challenges and identify immediate and future project needs.
• Knowledge of CAD software,ideally proficient in Solidworks.
• Speak both Italian and English
