As a Technical Development (TD) engineer you will be responsible for:
- Providing suggestions for improvement with the aim of developing the plant, looking to increase the sustainable aspect of the plant in order to keep it viable in the long term.
- Improving the short and long term efficiency of the plants by actively advising the organisation on processes, procedures and projects on local level
- Translating your ideas into projects and implement these investments in the plant
- Supporting the TD department in all technical aspects of your allocated area to improve plant results. This in compliance with all requirements regarding safety, health, environment, energy, quality and logistics
- Identifying, initiating and leading investigations of medium severity incidents or contribute to investigations of high severity incidents to solve complex technical issues in a structural way

We’re open for every candidate that has a Master’s degree in process technology, chemical engineering or bio engineering. Whether you’re just getting started or have some years of experience, we will support you in your development and expanding your knowledge.
We also appreciate an analytical mind, a sense of responsibility and networking skills. We expect you to not compromise on health, safety and environmental issues. Mobility between our two locations (Beringen and Geleen) is an absolute must. Furthermore, you master English and Dutch, both at a business level.
