Are you passionate about aviation systems and ready to take the lead in high-impact projects? Intersoft Electronics Services is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Technical Project Manager specialized in CNS (Communication, Navigation, or Surveillance) to join our growing team in Zottegem, Belgium.

You’ll be part of a collaborative project management team, working on both strategic and operational levels to deliver critical infrastructure solutions in civil and military air traffic management. This is your chance to combine technical knowledge, project leadership, and international field experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• Project Ownership: Drive end-to-end project execution for CNS-related systems, from planning to delivery, while ensuring scope, budget, and timeline alignment.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted point of contact for ANSPs, military partners, and internal teams.
• Field Deployment & Hands-On Work: Travel to international customer sites to oversee deployment, testing, or system upgrades—and don’t hesitate to get hands-on when required.
• Team Integration: Work independently with strong ownership, while staying connected to our collaborative project management office.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare project plans, technical documentation, and progress reports in fluent English.
• Continuous Improvement: Help evolve our processes by providing feedback from the field and suggesting best practices.
  

✅ Must-Haves:

• Educational background in engineering, electronics, ICT, or relevant technical discipline
• Strong affinity with CNS systems (Communication, Navigation, or Surveillance)
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally
• Proven ability to work autonomously, combined with collaborative mindset
• Interest or experience in fieldwork or on-site system commissioning

✅ Nice-to-Haves:

• Prior experience with ANSPs (Air Navigation Service Providers), military aviation, or airport/ATC infrastructure
• Familiarity with radar, navigational aids (ILS, VOR, DME, TACAN), or METEO systems
