Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for the Arkite Platform, ensuring clients can fully leverage its capabilities to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with both colleagues and client teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues, enhancing the platform’s performance and user satisfaction.
  • Contribute your technical know-how and innovative problem-solving skills to support pre-sales activities, demonstrating the value of the Arkite Platform to prospective customers.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of the platform’s developments and underlying technologies, ensuring you can provide expert advice and support.
  • Participate in the development of documentation, FAQs, and support guides to assist customers in troubleshooting common issues independently.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electro-mechanics, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Energy, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer interaction and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in industrial communications technologies such as Siemens S7, Modbus, OPC UA, API, HTTP, etc.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required; proficiency in additional languages (French, Spanish, German) is highly advantageous.
