About you and J&J:
Join us through the Technology Leadership Development program. It is a challenging two-year career acceleration program designed for recent college graduates with a real passion for technology. We are committed in providing you with rich, meaningful experiences to learn and grow while helping you build the skillsets J&J needs to become a future-ready organization. Our program provides opportunities in roles such as business analyst and business technologist in areas such as Data Engineering & Analytics, Data/Decision Science, Intelligent Automation, Cybersecurity, Customer (Digital) Experiences, Commercial Excellence, Software Engineering, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Scientific & Digital Health Technologies. Opportunities exist within the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies and at Worldwide Headquarters.

Program Components
This program consists of work assignments. You will be provided comprehensive training curriculum including on the job, virtual, and in classroom training. Training topics focus on both job-specific and professional development areas. You will also be assigned a mentor to provide support throughout the program. We have active executive management sponsorship and involvement. During your assignments, you will have the opportunity to participate in and/or lead projects which address real business and customer needs. Lastly you will improve your technical, business and professional skills while working in highly decentralized operating companies or headquarters organizations.

Position Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
Understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements.
Design, build and/or maintain, qualitative, secure, compliant and reliable IT products and solutions in close collaboration with business and IT colleagues.
Explain how solutions will be implemented from a functional standpoint and drive / improve user experience.
Provide written and verbal communications such as status reports or program updates, internally to IT and business partners.
Measure progress through KPI’s or analytics.
Manage business partner satisfaction relative to work being done.
Participate and/or support product development test cycles.
Ensure accurate, high qualitative documentation of each step in the product development life cycle.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have or will attain a bachelor or masters degree at a leading institute between July 2023 – June 2024.
You have a passion for technology or have proven that as part of a formal education or in an extracurricular setting.
You have the willingness to learn in a dynamic environment and stay abreast of new technologies.
You are inspired to shape and create IT solutions for business needs.
You are analytical and a real problem solver.
You have good communication (oral and written), and presentation skills.

As a candidate, we ask you
To be able to start in a full-time capacity by July 2024.
To relocate geographically to Belgium (relocation package will be provided if required)
To ensure authorization to work permanently in Belgium , without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
To have a maximum of one full year of professional, full-time work experience (not including internships or co-ops attained while pursuing your degree and military experience).
