For our client, a leading specialist in renewable energy, we are looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant. This assignment will start as soon as possible and will run for approximately 6 months.

As an Administrative Assistant you provide support to the person responsible for Sales Enablement. You will help the global Sales and Services Enablement team to help them build their activities.

Your tasks as an Administrative Assistant will consist of:
  • Moderating and setting up workshops
  • Building and maintaining enablement content materials to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant
  • Creating templates to standardize presentations and communications (including battlecard, value added messaging, pitches and objection handling material)
  • Using digital workshop tools (eg. whiteboard)
  • Attending workshops and taking notes
  • Coordinate agendas of the different participants
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Etc.
Profiel As an Administrative Assistant you have the following profile:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or economics or equivalent through experience
  • Do you already have experience with learning & development, planning trainings and workshops? This is a great asset!
  • No experience yet, but eager to take on this challenge and learn more? You are more than welcome
  • You have a very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
  • Do you also have a good knowledge of Dutch? This is a plus!
  • You have a very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • You are a go getter and like to work proactively
  • You are eager to learn and do not shy away from a challenge
  • You can work independently
  • You are willing to work until 7 pm
  • Finally, you are available for at least 6 months
Aanbod •You temporarily work as an Administrative Assistant to support the Head of Sales Enablement
  • You will work in a company active in the renewable energy sector
  • The assignment will take approximately 6 months
  • You work full-time, 4/5th is negotiable
  • To ensure good communication with the US, you are willing to work until 7 p.m.
  • You will mainly work from home
  • You enjoy a competitive salary
