Your Responsibilities

Responsible for a strategic test approach that fits in the existing master test plan.
Creates level test plans where needed.
You align test scope, based on changes and risk assessments and prioritized accordingly together with the PO.
You align Test data, test automation and test environment requirements based on test scope together with the SME-test leads.
Test results and defects are managed in dashboards, discussed and assessed together with the PO.
The test lead organizes system integration tests with depending squads around virtual teams and works closely together with stakeholders and other test leads.
Create virtual teams and align resources with the PO’s and SME test leads.
