At ABAKUS IT Solutions, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Ticketing Systems Project Manager to lead and coordinate a large-scale ticketing renewal program. You will play a key role in overseeing the implementation of new systems and equipment while ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement.

Your missions

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic oversight of the ticketing renewal program, ensuring alignment with pre-defined vision and strategy, and guarantee that commercial and technical decisions respect these objectives.
  • Department Support: Work closely with internal teams to strengthen ownership of the systems and ensure project and process consistency.
  • Program Management: Lead program teams and internal collaborators to implement new ticketing systems, covering Hardware, data, technology tools, organizational aspects, and business processes.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage budgets, define and monitor schedules, and supervise internal and external collaborators within the program.
  • Public Procurement Expertise: Contribute to drafting public procurement documents and selecting suppliers to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure smooth collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders and maintain transparent communication throughout the program.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing ticketing projects for public transport operators.
  • Solid knowledge of Psp/acquirer models and their implications in ticketing systems.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of system integration challenges.
  • Previous experience in the public sector and familiarity with public procurement processes.
  • Languages: French (native or fluent) is mandatory; English is a plus.
