This position is responsible for providing support for activities related to Total Rewards in EMEA, APAC & LATAM, with a special focus on pension schemes, and to some areas of Global Mobility.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Assist in the activities ensuring Total Rewards market competitiveness in alignment with the global company Strategy and local regulations for the regions concerned
  • Provide support in the management of the pension schemes across EMEA, APAC & LATAM
  • Assist in the management of cross-border employment
  • Liaise with external field-related service providers
  • Ensure administrative support in all covered areas
  • Participate in ad hoc Total Rewards projects, business development projects and other Human Resources projects

The Following Is Required For This Role
  • Bachelor’s degree as a minimum, with coursework in Human Resources, Economics, Business, Mathematics or other job-related areas
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Open-minded and eager to learn
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is an asset

The Following Is Preferred For This Role
  • A few years of experience in Total Rewards
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel
