What can you expect from your job?

  • Do you like a technical challenge? You are responsible for the support towards our partners who sell and install our Smappee products (B2B support).
  • Are you a problem solver? You troubleshoot for Smappee installation partners during installation or configuration of the Smappee products for their end customers.
  • Do you love sharing your knowledge? You assist Smappee partners providing support to their end customers.
  • Is customer orientation your middle name? You ensure customer satisfaction and an exceptional customer service for these partners.
  • Do you have a structured way of working? You create and maintain support documentation and online help center.
  • Do you love to provide training? You are responsible for the training towards our French partners who sell and install our Smappee products (B2B support)

What are we looking for?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in ICT or Electronics, a master’s diploma in electrical engineering or are equal by experience in a support role. You are both energy- and tech-savvy.
  • Electronic knowledge is necessary, affinity with the energy or electricity sector and energy monitoring in particular is a plus.
  • You surprise us with your communicative skills and positivity.
  • You are perseverant and passionate about helping clients getting the most out of their products.
  • Taking ownership, quality oriented and problem solving are typical you.
  • You live in West-Flanders, East Flanders or Hainaut in Belgium or in the North of France, because you’ll be working in our HQ (Kortrijk)
  • You are fluent in French and you can express yourself in English. If you have knowledge of Dutch or another language it is an added value.
