Job Description & Summary

In order to strengthen our transformation capabilities, we are looking for an experienced consultant combining a solid expertise of business, operations and technology within the Banking and/or Insurance industry.

Your impact

• you will join a team advising our Financial Services clients on their strategic, business, finance, risk and digital agenda. Potential projects include :

• • end-to-end fit for growth transformation aligning the client’s strategy, cost and organisation,

  • accelerating and strengthening the product approval and review process,

  • digital and agile transformations to improve the customer experience and increase productivity,

  • assessment, design and implementation of financial reporting infrastructure and processes (e.g. IFRS17) combining capabilities in finance transformation, technology, accounting and actuarial advisory,

  • building strategic management insights beyond the regulatory changes in GDPR, PSDII, etc.;

• you will assist in implementing the strategy, make the case for change and define the best-fit transformation approach from an organisational, process and technology point of view;

• you will design, build and test the operating model changes needed to deliver complex transformations with sustainable benefits;

• you will support the Financial Services leadership in developing the transformation services

About you

• a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Commercial Engineering (Management Information Systems) or a comparable field;

• minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;

• a deep understanding of processes for in-depth discussions with Financial Services clients on their Business Transformations plans;

• proven interpersonal skills, the ability to listen and coach, and strong communication skills, both verbal and written;

• the ability to speak and write professional English as well as Dutch and/or French.
